UK-BASED insurance services provider Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) has appointed Mike Peachey to the newly created role of group chief risk officer. Peachey was previously chief executive of CTC Axiom; CTC bought Axiom last year in a deal worth up to £7.85m (Insuranceday.com, May 8, 2009) His replacement at CTC Axiom is Stephen Card, who joins from independent Lloyd’s broker RL Davison where for the last 12 months he was deputy chairman. Prior to that, Card was chief executive of THB International and chief executive of PWS Group. Peachey will lead CTC’s newly created risk management and compliance department, and will be responsible for ensuring that the group’s risk infrastructure and compliance activities are robust, coherent and resilient.
