JLT grows oil and gas construction team
JLT has grown its onshore energy construction team after the firm brought in Adam Chapman.
Chapman, who prior to joining JLT was at Marsh, has worked on some of the world’s largest and most complex oil and gas projects, and he has experience working on liquefied natural gas plants and terminals, refinery new builds and expansions, petrochemical complexes, pipeline constructions and oil and gas processing plants.
In the past, he has worked for many of the world’s international oil companies, national companies and contractors in locations as diverse as Kazakhstan, Sakhalin Island and the Niger Delta, in addition to Europe, the Middle East, the US and Australasia.
Chapman’s new role sees him focussing on the provision of onshore construction related services for global oil and gas projects. He will be situated within the broker’s onshore energy construction team which itself forms part of JLT’s wider construction division.
The managing director of JLT Construction, Paul Knowles, said: “I am delighted that Adam has joined JLT, he will further strengthen our successful construction team and builds on our reputation as an employer of choice in the insurance industry.”
